Urban Protection has a $20,000,000.00 public liability policy in place.
Urban Protection has ISO 9001:2015 and AS/NZS 4801 certification. We implemented this from the very start because we know how important it is to engage with a company that has procedure and systems in place. We constantly review our processes and seek ways that we can improve these.

Urban Protection provides ongoing training to our guards. We engage a reputable RTO to provide training which keeps guards up to date with current information and provides legislation refreshers along with providing training sessions on the use of equipment and how best to deal with a security situation should it arise.
We currently provide security services in NSW and the ACT as per our Master Licences. We are looking to expand into other states soon, so keep posted.
We care! We make sure from the start that we understand your requirements. Our job is to build the team and select the right people for your site. It’s not a one size fits all approach but a process of selecting the right guard to fit your business. If that fit isn’t right, we make the necessary changes to get it right until you are happy.

We offer a performance clause that offers to replace the security guard as soon as practical at no additional expense to our client. Always check for this in any contracts.
We understand it’s often hard to make the decision to change from your current provider. Security is a very personal service and often the attitude is, they aren’t that bad but I am not 100% happy. Give us a call if you are in that situation. Sometimes it’s just good to be able to speak to another company and see what they offer; it’s often about taking that first step.
We offer a no-obligation meeting. We aren’t pushy and won’t chase you, but have the policy that we will offer you the advice if you are wanting to test the waters.
We take pride in understanding our clients and their needs. We make sure that you are provided with the right staff with the right skills, right attitude, and required demeanour. This is the first step we take to making sure that your customers are treated with care.
Our security guards and officers are trained to be pro-active and build relationships with the patrons. To do so they are trained how to communicate effectively both verbally but also with the use of appropriate body language and gestures; by doing so we have found that this holistic approach to security also creates a friendly environment between patrons and security, but also allows for the appropriate negotiation and action should the need arise.
